With over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Kelly Flanagan is a trusted expert in mortgage advice, remortgage solutions, and protection planning. Her career includes working with respected organisations such as Forces Mutual and Police Mutual, where she developed specialist knowledge in serving clients with unique financial needs.
Kelly previously worked for Mortgage Style, a leading brokerage in Bristol and has built an excellent reputation among estate agents, accountants, and independent financial advisers (IFAs). Her strong professional network ensures smooth communication and efficient case progression for every client.
In addition to her mortgage and protection expertise, Kelly is also a landlord, offering practical guidance on buy-to-let mortgages, property investment strategies, and rental property management. This hands-on experience allows her to provide advice grounded in real-world property ownership. Passionate about helping clients achieve their property goals, Kelly combines professionalism with a personal touch, making complex mortgage processes simple and stress-free.
Outside of work, Kelly is a talented equestrian, competing in show jumping events on weekends and spending time with her family. Her dedication, precision, and commitment to excellence shine through in everything she does.

Her career also includes working as an Executive Assistant in an award-winning mortgage brokerage, where she gained valuable insight into the financial services sector.
Ceri thrives on detail-oriented tasks such as creative social media design, website editing, account management, HR administration, and introducer coordination, as well as maintaining correct processes for the compliance of Rokform Finance, ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes so the team can focus on delivering exceptional client service.
Outside of work, Ceri enjoys quality time with her family and relaxing on beach holidays.
